Returns
At Office Help Fast and Mail, we accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging intact. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.

How to Return an Item
To start a return, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your order details, including the reason for the return and the product in question.
3. We will provide instructions on how to send back the product.

Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund. As we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed in the form of cash upon pick-up of the returned item. You will receive the refund at the time the courier collects the product from you.

Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
• Products missing original packaging, tags, or manuals.
• Any product that falls outside the 7-day return window.

Shipping Fees
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
